Our approach

Tatton will not knowingly support or conduct business with any organisation involved in slavery or human trafficking and aims for high standards of governance throughout the organisation.

Investment process

Tatton believes that high standards of corporate responsibility are vital in delivering our commitment to investment excellence. Hence, we consider modern slavery and human trafficking as well as other environmental, social and governance issues in our investment process.

Our supply chain

Tatton does not have an intricate supply chain nor does it obtain services from any businesses located in high risk countries. Therefore, we deem the risk of modern slavery or human trafficking within our organisation to be extremely low.

Our procurement process involves completing due diligence on every material supplier.

Our supplier agreements require those firms to comply with all applicable antislavery and human trafficking laws.

Monitoring

Tatton has a clear whistleblowing Policy published to all staff: if there are genuine concerns about any wrongdoing or breaches of law these concerns can be raised in confidence without fear of disciplinary action.
